Once everything is glued and secured, a final stability and clearance check is performed using the 12. |
Now that our framing is secured, we can begin to stretch the flex fabric. Make sure that the material is taut and stapled close together so that the resin will not deform the desired shapes. |

The back area is also covered. Notice how the material is cut and slightly overlapped to keep our shape consistent. When applying the resin, it will be very important to properly soak this area so that every panel gets resin on it. |
Now that the entire enclosure is ready to resin, we perform one last fit check to ensure that the stretch angles on the material are correct and will fit properly once the resin is applied. |

After applying our first coat of resin, we cut out the speaker hole so that we can apply a coat to the inside of the enclosure as well. |
After our resin has thoroughly dried, we sanded the entire enclosure, removing resin buildup and rough edges for a clean shape. |

For strength on the larger panels, we applied kitty hair which will aid in reinforcing as well as shaping. |
Now on to the shaping! Body filler is used to smooth out shape of our enclosure. After a few wipes and countless passes with the sandpaper, we get our box smooth and ready to wrap. |

In the smaller more difficult areas to sand, we used glazing putty and handmade applicator. Take your time wiping and sanding these areas. | |
