Waterman #6 dump. This is a pass-through dump, which can be used the same way as a Delta style dump. It's plumbed, but comes with the advantage of having a pressure release, designed to allow the car to manually open when needed. These dumps are sold at around $50-150 per dump. These are sometimes found at automotive swap meets, or at some of the older hydraulic shops.

This is another Adel Dump, but this one features no release. This dump served well on a hydraulic pump and was purchased ten years ago for $15 dollars. I haven't seen any of these around lately, but if I see another one, I will make sure to snatch it up if the price is right.

The EEMCO firm in Los Angeles has been in the aerospace industry for 54 years. The company designs, develops, assembles, and tests electro-mechanical and hydra-mechanical specialty actuators, motors, generators and complete control systems for the military and commercial aerospace industry worldwide. EEMCO's systems are used in wing flap and ground launcher actuators, as well as hydraulic pump drives. With the Lowriding capitol of the world being Los Angeles, it was a natural to use these EEMCO's, but finding them now has almost become impossible. They are still out there, finding them is just a matter of being patient.

Republic Manufacturing can take credit for this hydraulic #8 or "zig-zag slowdown" as they have been dubbed by the Lowrider community. This popular slowdown has sold for as low as $15 dollars, and gone for as much as $150, depending on the supply and demand.

We found this Republic #6 "zig zag slowdown" on eBay for $35, and it was still in the package that featured all the manufacturing and packaging dates. These type of deals tend to pop up when you're not looking for them, and if you've got the spare cash, you should definitely take advantage of the opportunity to grab one.
