Willy wanted to show off the work that went into the trunk, and let us know that NYC's down with hot hydraulic setups. The setup was put together by Martin AKA "Dirty Sanchez" of Thornwood Auto Body in New York. The setup consists of four ProHopper competition pumps, four Marzocchi pump heads, polished tank plates, polished aluminum pump blocks, polished dumps, four pressure gauges, 3/8-inch return hard-lines, gold-plated Parker check valves, tank rods and two gold-plated accumulators for the rear pumps to give the Cadillac back some of its trademark ride. The setup's also running 3/8-inch lines to the rear and 1/2-inch to the nose. The rack and trunk floor were painted and gold-flaked to match the exterior. The trunk was also upholstered in burgundy to match the rest of the Caddy. The battery hold-down was dipped in chrome and the nuts were gold plated. All of the gold plating, polishing and necessary chrome was done by "Dirty" himself. This setup's one clean four-pump deal. It was built to turn heads and that it has. Keep up the good work, guys, and keep putting it down for the "Big Apple" and the East Coast. Back to Article
