
Now we can trace the insert templates onto a board and cut them out. The panel edges were then sanded in order to achieve a soft edge for the upholstery material to wrap around. | 
Finally, we're all painted and wrapped up. Once the hydraulic shop finishes the racks, we'll wire up the amps and drop in the subs, and then we're off to the show! |

The template will then be traced onto a piece of wood and cut out. Once complete, flip the template around and test fit it to see what changes need to be for the opposite side and add or trim cardboard as needed. | 
Tape was then laid out where the insert will go. This was done to ensure that we achieve the correct angle and size on the insert. |

To create the second trim panel the template was taped off with 31/44-inch and 1-inch masking tape to create a similar effect to the moldings found on the wings of the car. With our guides in place, we can cut out the new insert template. The tape line template should not be discarded. Save it to use as a guide when mounting the upholstered insert panels. | 
So here we confirm the final fit and mark off the appropriate locations before wrapping the panels and completing the assembly on the trunk. |
