One nice wipe of body filler should allow you to shape the kicks just fine. A second might be necessary depending on how the kicks are sanded the first time. We recommend using 36-grit sandpaper to knock the filler down fast. Since none of the angles on this kick panel are large enough, a sanding block is useless here.
