Audio Scrap Wood Used For Router Bearing

Scrap wood was used as a guide for the router bearing. Using clean straight cuts of wood will ensure a beautiful edge on the amp opening. The scrap wood was then carefully removed. Please note that 0.5-inch nails were used in this 0.5-inch board. The nails are shot through an air nailer and provide just enough bite to keep the wood secure, without leaving harsh scars on the face of our panel. Back to Article
