Body/Paint: The body was modified by Robert Buenrostros at his home in Montclair, California. The '48 got a dose of shaved door handles, shaved emblems, 3-inch chop top, split and lowered tailgate, Frenched antenna, shaved firewall, and custom '59 "bullet" taillights. The truck was then painted by Edgar Jacinto with House of Kolor Pagan Gold over a red cider base. Robert laid a few crystallized graphics and ghost patterns to the fenders.
Interior: Orlando Cebillos at Perfect Colors in Indio, California, remade the cab in plush multi-shade tuck and roll.
Sound System: Stock
Suspension: The suspension was reinforced with a Chevy S-10 front clip and a '70 Chevy Monte Carlo rearend. The two-switch setup includes a Red's whammy pump with Delta dumps, custom-built battery rack and steel-braided hoses.
Tires: P155/80-R13 Pep Boys
Wheels: Phoenix wires
