Engine/Drivetrain: A '94 5.7-liter V8 with a dualfeed Holley carb, chrome headers and 26-inch glasspacks was mated to a Chevy 350 Turbo Hydromatic transmission that's shifted by a Lokar floor shifter. Other features include an '86 Buick Grand National rearend and telescopic driveshaft. The work was performed by BP Crank in Baldwin Park, California. The chrome plating was done by Victor at Best Polishing in Pomona, California, and the gold plating by C and M Plating in Azusa, California.
Body/Paint: Custom is the word with custom headlights, taillights and grilles, as well as a shaved cowl and emblems, '60 Chevy Nomad rear panels and two Frenched antennas among the many mods. The paint is totally custom from the custom-mixed yellow base to the yellow/gold pearl that's on top of it. Mario's Autoworks in Montclair, California, handled it all with Mike Lamberson of Ontario, California, doing the pinstriping..
Interior: Work on the white diamond tuck seats and door panels, orange carpet with molded rear package tray and front kick panels was performed by Louis's Top Shop in Pomona.
Sound System: A Sony head unit powers a set of Sony separates in the front kick panels while two 10-inch subs provide the boom.
Setup: A full American Hydraulics setup featuring two pumps, four dumps, 6-inch (front) and 8-inch (rear) cylinders. 3-ton (front) and 2-ton (rear) springs, and four switches to control the power provided by six Trojan batteries with hardlines throughout to keep the fluid moving was installed by Mario's Autoworks, where they also reinforced the frame and trailing and control arms.
