Model: Olivia O'Lovely
"Pee-Cee" is a lowriding brother from the South Central area of Los Angeles, California. He's a long-time auto enthusiast who has been dippin' on the streets for years. It was only about seven months ago when he came across a woman out in Compton, California, who was selling this '82 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. It had spoke rims and a decent hydraulics setup, but it was in need of some real-deal TLC. Pee-Cee purchased it from her and immediately began the elaborate customization process with help from some of the top lowrider builders in Southern California.
Many new parts and accessories were added or put in place of old or missing ones by the crew at Homies Hydraulics. Anthony Fuentes at Homies spent a lot of time hunting down new side markers, taillights, bezels and emblems (among other parts) by Internet and phone to shops all across the nation. Anthony found the rubbers and moldings for the Cutty's doors, windows and bumpers at Steele Rubber Products in North Carolina. Eventually, the pieces of this "Sticky Situation" all came together and the result was an upgraded '86 Cutlass look.
Pee-Cee has plans for selling the Cutty now that it is complete with more than $20,000 invested, and he hopes to find a '59 Chevy Impala for his next project. Immediately after Sticky Situation's photo shoot, the ride was shipped over to Pee-Cee's other home in Washington State. Pee-Cee sends a message out to the Pacific Northwest to watch out for this show-stopping Cutlass!

| Body/Paint: | Jose Pedroza from G'z Auto Body in Long Beach, California, painted the Cutlass tangerine pearl and Angelo Maizano (also from Long Beach) added elegance with his fine pinstriping. Mario at American Sunroof in Paramount, California, installed a moonroof so that Pee-Cee can catch some moonbeams during those midnight cruises. |
| Interior: | Fernando's Upholstery in Los Angeles, California, reupholstered the entire inside of the Cutty with tan felt-like material. |
| Sound System: | "Tony" of South Central L.A. was the man put in charge of installing a clean system. An Alpine head unit shoots the sounds to Pioneer tweeter and midrange speakers. The low tones of the bass can be heard coming through two Bazooka tube speakers located in the trunk. |
| Setup: | Cesar Rodriguez Olivares at Homies Hydraulics in Paramount, California, did all of the necessary chassis work, getting it reinforced and ready for the hydraulic suspension. The rest of the crew at Homies installed a three-pump hydraulic setup with 8-inch (front) and 10-inch (rear ) cylinders (installed in a coil-over fashion), 1-ton springs, 12 batteries and four switches. |
