In March of 2013, Thomas Sampaga, the CEO of Street Dreams Promotions threw the first Traffic show at the Aloha Tower. In December of the same year he threw his first Arts in Motion show at the Aloha Stadium, which dwarfed his Traffic show. It was obvious to Thomas that he would need to put his full attention toward his Arts in Motion shows, but not before throwing a farewell event to his Traffic show.
He wanted to keep the old-school vibe that he had in the first show, but on a larger scale. Some of the show's attractions were the car hop, car limbo, and the trike drifting. This year they also flew in MC Magic to perform and a few of the top models from California such as Tanya Love, Darling Darla, Claudia Alan, and Genevieve Chanelle.
Late into the show, it looked as thought Mother Nature wanted to participate in the wet T-shirt contest as it started to rain while the contest was going on. With that we say goodbye to Traffic and we get ready for the Arts in Motion show on August 16 of this year. Thomas would like to thank all his sponsors, his promoters, and his street team. Rumor also has it that the Arts in Motion may be coming to Cali in 2015; we will just have to wait and see.
