The Ranfla Show Chicago

With an 80 percent chance of thunderstorms in the Chicago forecast, the words, "rain or shine" meant the world to Amistad Car Club Chicago and their mother chapter from Texas, as they prepared for their Ranfla show. The rain also didn't faze several other die hard clubs who made the trek out to support this great event. Eventually, the rain would come to a stop thanks to the prayer circle that was initiated by Amistad's Pedro, who joined hands with his mother and sister to wish for dry skies. It worked, and soon after, everyone began to dry off their rides as the show was kicked into gear. The deejay was in full swing, and the food booths opened up as well, much to the delight of the attendees. All entries were treated to goodie bags, which carried t-shirts, CD's, and dash plaques which commemorated this event. There were also plenty of raffles and giveaways thanks to The Chicago History Museum, Grzeenspans, Advance Auto Parts, and Miller / Bud Light beer, which goes down smoothly in any weather, even that of the Windy City!
