On the last Sunday of this past March, the legendary Pico Rivera Sports Arena was again the place to be, as Together Los Angeles was back at the arena to host their second annual custom car show. The overall success of last year's custom car show at the Sports Arena showed both the city and local law enforcement officials that an event that primarily features Lowriders does not always have to end in some type of trouble. The city had no choice but to happily welcome the club, and the event back with open arms.
As the anticipation for the show grew, the internet buzzed with excitement in the months leading up to the start of the show. Those who attended last year's event could not wait for show day, and their enthusiasm was equally matched by those curious attendees who missed out on last year's inaugural show. Excited to once again shatter expectations and live up to the pre-show hype, Together did not disappoint. Participants from all over Southern California and the surrounding areas covered every square inch of the sports arena's grounds. A few clubs like Traffic, Bomb Club and Groupe brought out quite a few rides to represent their own respective styles. Groupe also chose this event to debut their newest chapter "Groupe Bombs." Notable Car Clubs Best of Friends, Old Memories, Our Style, UCE and Unidos also showed off their best vehicles at this amazing show. The vendors made sure to cater to all walks of life, selling a little something for everyone, while the deejays kept the crowds entertained throughout the day. If you missed the show this year, make sure you plan on attending next year's spectacular event, as this is definitely one show you do not want to miss. Congratulations to Together and the city of Pico Rivera for hosting another successful show, one that is sure to continue to be on our list of "must attend events".
